There are a lot of videos out there with the PARKOUR DOG, but I decided to use this one, because the news casters are hilarious. We all know dogs and cats become MEME's all the time, but check out this dog and its super skills at doing Parkour. Oh and of course its Russian or something. Even Russian dogs are better at Parkour.
